The copper bristles also have a wonderfully energizing effect, as the fine copper wires of the Ionic Dry Brushes generate negatively charged anions when rubbed on the skin. STEP 1 // THE IONIC DRY BRUSH
It's best to start your ritual in the morning before showering, but always on dry skin. Begin the dry brushing massage with the body parts furthest from the heart and slowly work your way towards the center of the body with light, even brush strokes, repeating each step 3-5 times. So, start the massage at your feet and brush upwards towards your lower legs. From there, continue brushing to your thighs and up to your buttocks. Continue on the back of your hand and brush towards your shoulders. For the abdomen, brush clockwise, following the direction of your intestines.
STEP 2 // THE IONIC FACIAL DRY BRUSH
Now you can dedicate yourself to your face. Start the massage here too on dry skin. Use the brush with light pressure and repeat the movements 3 - 5 times on each half of the face. Start at the neck and brush upwards towards the chin, from there brush further up towards the hairline. You can brush the eye area with a circular motion, and from the center of the forehead, brush horizontally towards the temples.
After your dry brushing ritual, you can shower to remove exfoliated skin cells and the metallic odor. Finally, apply your favorite body and face oil and enjoy your radiant skin from head to toe.

CLEANING
Run your hand over the bristles several times and tap each of the Ionic Dry Brushes on a hard, flat surface after use so that loosened skin particles can fall out.
NOTES
- The brushes are not suitable for use with water, as copper can oxidize. They should always be used on dry skin.

APPLICATION
THE IONIC DRY BRUSH
Always start with the body parts furthest from your heart and slowly work your way towards the center of your body with light, even brush strokes. Repeat the following steps 3-5 times.
Legs: Start the massage at the feet and stroke upwards towards the lower legs. From there, continue brushing up to the thighs and buttocks.
Arms: Start at the back of the hand and brush the arms upwards to the shoulders.
Stomach & Back: Brush in a circular motion clockwise over the abdomen, following the course of the intestines. Start on the right side of the lower abdomen and stroke up to the ribs. From there, brush horizontally to the left and then down again.
Now brush the back over the sides in a circular motion.
Done! Now is the ideal time for a shower to remove the skin flakes. Then apply your favorite body oil and enjoy your silky-soft, radiant skin!
Cleaning & Care: After each use, tap the brush on a hard, flat surface to free it from skin flakes. The brush is not suitable for cleaning with water. Do not place the brush near heat sources. Store the brush in a dry place.

Preparation: Always start the massage on clean and dry skin. Use light brush strokes with little or no pressure, 3-5 repetitions on each half of the face.
Eyes: Brush very gently around the eyes and eyebrows in a circular motion.
Cheeks and chin: Start at the chin and brush upwards towards the hairline. Continue up to the mouth and nose and stroke towards the ears.
Forehead: Place the brush in the center of the forehead and brush horizontally towards the temples. Stroke between the brows with short upward brush strokes.
Neck: Start at the base of the neck and stroke upwards towards the chin.
Done! Now apply a skincare product of your choice and enjoy your silky-soft and radiant skin!
