SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
GERMANY
For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of € 3.95 per order.
From an order value of 60.00 € we deliver free of charge.
EU
For shipping within the EU we charge a flat rate of € 12.95 per order.
From an order value of 150.00 € we deliver free of charge.
SWITZERLAND
For shipping to Switzerland we charge a flat rate of € 19.95 per order. Please note that you are responsible for all customs duties in Switzerland.
From an order value of € 200.00 we deliver free of charge.
DELIVERY TIMES
As soon as we receive your order, we will do our best to ensure that your self-care package arrives as quickly as possible!
After receiving your order, we have an average delivery time of 3 - 5 days within Germany. Our average delivery time within Europe is approximately 7-10 days.
CLIMATE-NEUTRAL & SUSTAINABLE SHIPPING
We ship plastic-free and climate-neutral via DHL.
Our packaging material is 100% recyclable:
We use environmentally friendly paper packaging chips as filling material. Our shipping packages are made from environmentally friendly, 100% recyclable cardboard. We use an adhesive tape made of 100% paper with natural rubber adhesive for our packages. So you can conveniently dispose of the cardboard box, including the adhesive tape and filling material, in the waste paper bin.
RETURNS
If one of our products does not meet your expectations, you can send the goods back to us within 14 days of receipt.
If you plan to return the goods, please send us an email with our cancellation form to hello@ruhi-rituals.com.

We will then contact you as soon as possible with information on how to proceed.
Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept or refund the shipping costs for returns.
Returns can only be accepted if the products are unused, in their original packaging and returned in full.
If your package is returned to us because you have given an incorrect address or because you have not accepted the package, you will have to bear the costs for a new shipment.
