The Dry Brushing Starter Set

The combination of our two best-selling dry brushes for body and face is particularly suitable for beginners thanks to its medium bristle strength. Just a few minutes of daily massage are enough to make your complexion glow and sustainably promote skin health.

Dry brushing is an ancient Ayurvedic healing method for more energy, health, and radiant skin. As a regular ritual, dry brushing effectively removes dead skin cells, allowing the underlying skin to breathe again. It also expels toxins, promotes blood circulation and lymphatic flow, strengthens the immune system, and increases the skin's ability to absorb skincare products.

STEP 1 // THE DRY BRUSH
It is best to start your ritual in the morning before showering, but always on dry skin. Begin the dry brushing massage with the body parts furthest from the heart and slowly work your way towards the center of the body with light, even brush strokes, repeating the steps 3-5 times. So, start the massage at your feet and brush upwards towards your lower legs. From there, continue brushing to your thighs and up to your buttocks. Continue on the back of your hand and brush towards your shoulders. Brush your abdomen clockwise, following the path of your intestines.

STEP 2 // THE FACIAL DRY BRUSH
Now you can dedicate yourself to your face. Start the massage on dry skin here too. Use the brush with light pressure and repeat the movements 3-5 times on each half of your face. Start at the neck and brush upwards towards the chin, from there you continue brushing upwards towards the hairline. You can brush the eye area with a circular motion, and from the middle of the forehead, brush horizontally towards the temples.

After your dry brushing ritual, you can shower to remove any exfoliated skin cells. Finally, apply your favorite body and face oil.

The result: Enjoy silky soft skin, a radiant complexion, and refined pores.

CLEANING

After each use, tap both dry brushes on a hard, flat surface to remove skin cells.

• The brushes are not suitable for use with water and should always be used on dry skin.

THE DRY BRUSH

Always begin with the body parts furthest from the heart and slowly work your way towards the center of the body with light, even brush strokes. Repeat the following steps 3 – 5 times.

Legs: Start the massage at your feet and brush upwards towards your lower legs. From there, brush further up to your thighs and then to your buttocks.

Arms: Start on the back of your hand and brush up your arms to your shoulders.

Stomach & Back: Brush in a circular motion clockwise over your stomach, following the path of your intestines. Start on the right side of your lower abdomen and brush up to your ribs. From there, brush horizontally to the left and then down again.
Now brush your back over the sides in a circular motion.  

Done! Now is the ideal time for a shower to remove dead skin cells. Afterwards, apply your favorite body oil and enjoy your silky-soft, radiant skin!

Cleaning & Care: After each use, tap the brush on a hard, flat surface to free it from dead skin cells. The brush is not suitable for cleaning with water. Do not place the brush near heat sources. Store the brush in a dry place.

THE FACIAL DRY BRUSH

Preparation: Always start the massage on clean and dry skin. Use light brush strokes with little to no pressure, repeating 3-5 times on each side of the face.

Eyes: Gently brush around the eyes and eyebrows in a circular motion.

Cheeks and Chin: Start at the chin and brush up towards the hairline. Continue upwards to the mouth and nose and brush towards the ears.

Forehead: Place the brush in the center of the forehead and brush horizontally towards the temples. Brush upwards between the brows with short strokes.

Neck: Start at the base of the neck and brush upwards towards the chin.

Done! Now apply a skincare product of your choice and enjoy your silky-soft and radiant skin!

Cleaning & Care:

After each use, tap the facial brush on a hard, flat surface to free it from dead skin cells. Store the brush in a dry place. Please note that the brush should not be cleaned with water.
